Patrick Swayze
1952 - 2009
Patrick Swayze has starred in many movies over the
years, including, my favorite, (when it comes to his movies)
Dirty Dancing. It was a number of years before I knew
he was a real dancer. He's pretty good too! He has a new
series on A&E, called, The Beast, where he's an FBI
Agent, dealing with his own battles.
He met his wife, Lisa Niemi, When she was taking dance
lessons from his mother. Lisa and Patrick married in 1975.
Patrick was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in January
2008. After battling the cancer for nearly 2 years, Patrick passed away at his
home on September 14th, 2009, with
his family by his side.
With an amazing career, a loving wife and family and
adoring fans, he truly had the time of his life.
