DEAR JESUS

Lord, it's me again. I just want to say how much I love you,
And how much I care.
Thank you always for being there.
I thank you for each day you give me to share with the ones I love.
They are a gift from up above.

Your love is so great, so true.
No one could love me more then you.
Lord, help me each day in this life,
Through the heartaches, troubles and strife.

Lord, for your love, mercy and grace.
I wait for the day when I can thank you face to face.

OUR HEAVENLY FATHER

Our heavenly father loves us even when we do wrong.
And when we are down, he gives us a song.
He keeps us safe when the storm rages,
And we watch as he turns the pages.

He knows our needs before we ask,
Because to him, they're such simple tasks.
He drives away all of our fears,
As he wipes away all of our tears.

THE ROSE OF SHARON

The rose of Sharon grows in my life everyday.
He guides me along the way.
It seems no matter what I do wrong,
He always gives me a song.

He makes my days so much brighter,
Because he makes my burdens so much lighter.
He brings joy to my heart,
From his hand I shall never part.
He gives me a smile as I walk that last mile

PEACE BE STILL

The winds and the waves crash within the sea.
Oh, how frightened are we.
Master, please, hear our cry,
For we are afraid to die.

"Peace be still," he said.
And with those words, the waters fled.
"Don't be afraid," he cried.
"For the storm has died."
